A new injection molding parts manufacturer in Indonesia placed an order for multiple sets of our multi-camera vision inspection machines to upgrade its quality inspection capacity and replace manual visual inspection across its production lines.
Our after-sales engineering team traveled to the customer’s facility to deliver full on-site services, including equipment positioning, electrical and mechanical commissioning, and precision calibration of each inspection unit. We then provided systematic hands-on training for the customer’s operators and maintenance personnel, covering daily machine operation, inspection parameter adjustment, defect criteria setting, routine maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and standard re-inspection procedures for rejected parts. All training was combined with the customer’s actual product scenarios to ensure practical, on-the-job mastery.
All inspection machines were successfully put into production on schedule with stable performance. The customer’s team can now operate and maintain the equipment independently, and the improved inspection efficiency and consistent detection accuracy have been well recognized by the customer, laying a solid foundation for further long-term cooperation.
